Standard Scalar SessionMaintaining the Challenge of Life
Hello Tom,
Just woken up to realise we slept with a heater on, which normally would give me a splitting headache, but I have none. Even this week was challenging in terms of workload and difficult parties who were not cooperating; but I have been feeling grounded and levelheaded and able to keep my cool. Yesterday was the most challenging day where my patience was tested throughout the day. Time was spent in queues from 11am to 4pm but I still didn't get the help I needed, and most of all, officials were rude and unkind. The Bs & other vitamins and nutrients that are administered remotely are definitely felt by my body mind and spirit and are working.
After a rough day where I was made to wait long hours without food or water, and on top of that, treated unkindly, I still had enough energy to keep going and I was able to be kind to others and even bought food and other things needed for them.
When I got home, after supper, I felt the urge to rehearse my music under the comfort of my blanket. I took two hours doing that with focus and enthusiasm, just singing without any instrumental accompaniment.
I am up now this early, the heater is still on but no headache, no irritation but deep easy breaths.

It could only be the full moon or the new moon, but psychologically I feel upbeat, different, I'd say. Only issue I am having is with my digestive track. I have had surgery for diverticulosis in 2009, but then I have colitis, also.the first day was as if my bowels were being thoroughly cleaned out.
Maybe it's because my Chakras are aligned. I haven't felt this clear headed is so very long. I have energy to think! I believed it from the moment I read it, but very few discuss these things in a criminal courthouse -- it is all negative. But, yes, I would like to say you have given me tremendous frame of mind.

Even Pets Uplifted!
I have never heard of this and wanted to try it. Therefore, I did. Glad. My overall sensation is well being. I experienced detox I am sure - physical and mental. I felt at times to be in a cocoon in the beginning. Caught myself contemplating a lot of things throughout my life (I am older and several decisions weigh on me). And I included my 3 pets. Which may have added greatly to my realization that something was definitely going on.
One older 11 yr old dog has had injury to leg and surprisingly went up the short set of stairs for the first time unassisted or encouraged by myself. Doesn't happen everyday - but I see strength in a 2 month old injury that seemed sped up all of a sudden. And he is increasingly stronger wanting to lift his tail and be 'happy.' As for the other 2 dogs, better movement (they too are 11 and 13) overall moods are 'happy.'
As for myself - I feel supercharged and 'out of the cocoon.' Left a few old thoughts behind while I have increased energy and uplifted moods to face more each day towards desired goals. Maybe the feeling is less detached, better eating and overall health.
I have achy joints from doing a lot of physical gardening and such, and this too eased up during these sessions. Actually to say, overall pain, stiffness is not as apparent.
I am quite satisfied and when I can progress to a place of affording the sessions more, I will.
I believe this is an added natural preventative health choice as well as an effective solution to benefiting overall well being.
